Your use of this Website, including all content, materials, and information available on or through it (collectively, the “Materials”), is governed by these Terms of Use (these “Terms”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website.

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. No Offer or Solicitation

In the event of any conflict between the Materials and the Offering Documents, the Offering Documents control, and the Materials are qualified in their entirety by them.

You acknowledge that a breach of these Terms may cause Wild irreparable harm that cannot be adequately remedied by money damages, and that Wild is entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for any such breach, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

14. Export and Global Dealing Restrictions

Wild makes no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use in all locations. No software or other material on the Website may be downloaded or exported in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including U.S. export-control and sanctions laws.
